Taunton Fabrications has recently completed this £1M project working with the Vistry Partnerships to design and install 117 balconies at the new ND6 & ND7 apartment blocks situated in Bristol’s Temple Quay.
ND6 & ND7 are large apartment blocks situated in Bristol’s Temple Quay Enterprise Zone providing 376 high quality, contemporary, long term residential apartments in the centre of the city.
Taunton Fabrications offered an offsite manufacture solution allowing the balconies, manufactured with mild steel, to arrive on site complete with decking and balustrade installed, providing a safe working platform from the moment of fitting on site.
The unique method of design allows control of the decking and fitting process in a factory environment, and specially designed transportation frames to maximise the delivery / fitting efficiency on site.
