About the Project

Newark Works is a vibrant new destination at the heart of the fast-evolving Bath Quays business district. Originally home to Stothert & Pitt Ltd, the Grade II Listed buildings have an important legacy as part of the industrial development of the River Avon.

These elements, along with the development's overarching design, pays homage to the buildings’ past with the renovations and upgrades now providing a vibrant place to work with over 40,000 sq ft of accommodaton.
