The University of Bath’s £70 million School of Management opened in 2022, which was designed by British architects AWW and constructed by Bouygues UK.
Taunton Fabrications were delighted to be appointed by Bouygues UK to complete all of the secondary and architectural metalwork at the School of Management, which included the construction of the impressive 110 tonne structural steel façade and pavillion, and feature staircase.
Taking pride of place in the central atrium, the imposing staircase consists of 12 stair flights featuring stainless steel and glass balustrade.
Situated at the Claverton Down Campus, the new School of Management building will help support the School realise its ambition to be an international Top 50 QS Ranked Business School. The research and teaching facilities are state of the art and will help to further the international reputation of both the School and the University.
