Using the very latest 3D design software, our design department works closely with clients, architects, and engineers, to achieve the desired architectural solution. Our philosophy is to identify and discuss design issues in detail at a very early stage in order to co-ordinate and interface our works with other trades on site and with consideration to CDM regulations and relevant standards that might apply to the project.

ISO9001:2015 & BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 are just two of the standards we have which play an important part in the design process.

For many of our clients, we develop advanced 3D models and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to aid in visualising the project and have systems in place to comply with the latest BIM processes and technologies.

  • Our team of designers can review and integrate the technical designs and documentation produced by consultants, ensuring consistency and resolving any discrepancies.

  • We ensure that all aspects of the technical design comply with the relevant building regulations, and they prepare and submit the necessary documentation for approval.

  • We regularly work with a quantity surveyor to review the design against the project budget, proposing alternative materials, construction methods, or design adjustments to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality or performance.

  • During construction, our design team continues to provide support, answering technical queries and making design adjustments as needed, to address unforeseen issues on site.
