Our purpose built workshops enable our highly skilled team of fabricators to manufacture a wide range of architectural metalwork whilst ensuring superior craftsmanship and precision in the final products. Our innovative approach to technology has seen us introduce advanced tools and machinery, including COBOT (a robotic welding facility), SIEGMUND (production benches) and UNISON (tube bender), all of which enable us to streamline processes for efficiency and consistency whilst maintaining the rigorous adherence to health and safety standards.

Our work is monitored at each stage of production; all of our steelwork is UKCA marked and manufactured in compliance with BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011.

We are great advocates of the Buildoffsite philosophy and we have a dedicated 700sqm facility where the pre-assembly of a wide variety of work is carried out. Our Buildoffsite workshop includes two five tonne overhead cranes, a new paint spraying system, roof mounted solar panels and electric charging points.

This method of construction can greatly enhance project predictability and ensures higher quality control, resulting in cost savings and timely project completion for our clients. Buildoffsite can also reduce site disruption as well as a reduction in deliveries to site; meaning that there is a need for fewer associated trades, with fewer employees requiring the CSCS certification needed for on-site installation.
